Verde Tevere Commission

Motorcycle Design 2021

The Triumph Street Twin Verde Tevere Commission is a customized 2020 Triumph Street Twin.

PAINT: The motorcycle features a custom green paint inspired by a 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB in Verde Tevere. This color was originally borrowed from the Maserati palette. The contrast livery color was chosen from the same vintage era, Light Ivory, a color from Mercedes-Benz, most seen on the 1963–1971 W113 Pagoda. The shape of the livery was inspired by a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO. The stripes themselves were inspired by the iconic Vintage BMW R90 signature tank detail. All paintwork was hand done by Carlos Molina.

SEAT: The key element of the motorcycle is the contrast leather seat inspired by Singer Vehicle Design East Hampton Commission. It took 6+ months of sourcing in order to find the correct leather color, as most companies only offered dark brown, tan, and black. The seat was stitched in a Tuck’N’Roll’ Pattern with ivory stitching tracing back to the light ivory racing stripes from the paintwork.

ADDITIONAL PARTS: Aside from color configuration, the Ed. 1 was built to be enhanced inside and out. All installation was done by Motochopshop.

  • The engine features a Tune by DNK Tuneworks

  • OEM Vance & Hines Exhaust.

  • Full Analog Motor Goods Retro Tail & Blinker lighting kit.

  • Ultra-precision CNC machined aluminum Moto Gadget Side Mirrors

  • Custom Side Covers with trio design diamond cut mesh gills. Triumph released a dual mesh gill side cover design for the 2022 Street Twin.

The specification was the first Triumph done in this configuration. The green paint gained popularity on other custom motorcycle builds in 2022 and later, however the Ed. 1 maintained it’s unique color combination through the leather seat color.
